Wonderful

The restaurant is very nice. It is actually Gösser brewery's restaurant and they have a nice garden you can enjoy. Hotel is kind of a side business but it is clean, next to strassenbahn stop and there is free parking for your car.

We were very nicely surprised on our last day to be speaking with Ilija the Restaurantleiter (Manager) and the situation with regards to our room came to light. Ilija explained to us that the room we had been booked into had suffered some water damage prior to our stay. So we were put into a room normally reserved for staff use. As a gesture of good will, Ilija provided: a bottle of wine; a discount on our bill and an Airport Transfer at no cost to us. Needless to say this left us with a good impression of Ilija and his team at Gősser Schlőssl and ended our stay in Vienna on a high.

When we arrived at the Hotel, I was a little concerned when our room couldn't be found on the hotels booking system. My stomach dropped as my immediate thought was that we had lost our booking. Not the best way to start our stay. But after a brief conversation we were shown to a room normally used by Hotel staff. While it wasn't set out like the normal guest rooms, it was comfortable and clean.

Very Good

Yes, there is the tram passing by and you hear it, but we didn't experience it so negatively. Breakfast is good, but you have to ask for coffee and egg variaties. Waiters differ in whether they inform you about the available options.

There were buggs in the room (Graue Gartenwanze). The staff was making excuses saying that they are not dangerous or due to uncleanliness. But that is no excuse. They shouldn't be there, the staff should eliminate them.

Stay in tiny castle like house

Location is very nice, just 15 mins tram ride to main attraction. The hotel is a old mansion, so it has its charm. The restaurant is very nice.

It's basically an awesome expensive restaurant, where hotel is side business. Breakfast was very basic (although what's available is of good quality). Missing very basic items like shower gels.

Wonderful

Spacious rooms, very clean, soundproof, private bathroom with shower. The Schlossl is really a small castle, very nice interior. The staff is nice, a restaurant is located on the ground floor, the dinner was delicious.

WiFi was unsecurized. It would be nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room.

Great location! Yes, it’s not so close to the center, but here you can find all what you need: different groceries, cafes, bank, barbershop, parks, tram and bus station. All staff and manager of this place are friendly and helpful. Spacious room with beautiful interior inside.

Unfortunately, here, in the rooms, you don’t find some amenities, such: fridge or minibar, hairdryer, kettle or coffee machine, safe deposit, cups. Also, because there is no air conditioning in the room, in the summer it is very stuffy, but if you open the window, it’s too noisy.

Nice Hotel with well Connectivity

Nice Hotel and Good Value,staff was very cool ,friendly you can ask them for anything and they will help you as best as they can. Food was delicious,I liked the on demand breakfast at restaurant.Location is gud and well connected to city.

Food I think is bit costly and no English menu,but that should not stop you from booking it.Staff will help you with everything.
